dental implant is basically a titanium screw that acts to replace the
root to support the restoration. It is initially held in by its’
thread, and after a few weeks it is integrated into the bone.
Are you dental implant specialists?
is a common misconception. There is no such thing as an 'Implant Specialist'.
As dental implants are a relatively new form of treatment, there is
no form of training currently available that would qualify anyone to
call themselves an 'Implant Specialist'.

He has performed hundreds of implant procedures and is regularly invited
to speak and train other dentists at seminars and courses.
How successful is implant surgery?
success is very very high, however it is not 100%. As a general rule;
the success of the surgery is dependant on several things.
How long before I see results?
Results can be visible
immediately after surgery in most cases. Full treatment however, can
take anywhere from 2 to 9 months (sometimes longer). Implant surgery
procedures need time to ensure success. You will be provided with temporary
teeth at all stages of the process.
